Our Covid-19 Response

WHAT HAVE WE DONE IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

NuAngels has instituted the following policies and procedures to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we have gathered links to the best resources from various government and non-profit sources. Scroll down for links to other websites with the information you need to stay safe.

  1. Step One will always be to place the safety of our patients, caregivers, and office staff above everything else while providing the best in-home care.
  2. We have provided state-mandated training for all staff members and caregivers in the intensive infection control required for COVID-19.
  3. We have mandated that all caregivers wear an approved mask while in the client's home. We provide caregivers with the PPE they need, including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
  4. We have instituted measures to prevent the spread of infection at our offices, including not allowing non-employees to enter, offering virtual interviews for potential employees, and limiting access to caregivers.
  5. We have suspended any marketing activities that may spread the virus, limiting contact to online and by phone.

We continue to take any steps necessary to ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers. NuAngels will go far beyond what is mandated by law or executive order to keep everyone healthy.
